Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

This Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the rights and obligations of customers (“You” or “Customer”) who purchase products from avgeeks.store (“We”, “Us”, or “Company”). By placing an order through our Store, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Return Window

Customers may submit a request for return, refund, or exchange within a period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery (“Return Window”). Return requests submitted outside the Return Window shall not be eligible.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A product shall be eligible for return only if:

  • It is unused and in the same condition as delivered;
  • All original packaging, labels, instructions, and accessories are intact; and
  • It does not exhibit signs of wear, modification, or damage post-delivery.

Products that fail to meet the above criteria shall be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items designated as “Final Sale”;
  • Custom, special-order, or personalized merchandise;
  • Opened or used goods, except where defective upon delivery.

4. Process for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, Customer must contact our support team at support@avgeeks.store and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Item(s) requested to be returned;
  • Reason for return;
  • Photographic or video proof, where applicable.

Upon review, the Company will approve or deny the request at its discretion.

5. Shipping & Reverse Logistics

  • Where the Company is not at fault, the Customer shall bear all return shipping costs.
  • If a return is due to defect, damage, or an incorrect product delivered, the Company may provide complimentary reverse pickup or reimburse shipping at actuals.

6. Refunds

Upon physical receipt and inspection of returned goods:

  • Eligible refunds shall be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days;
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method;
  • Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

The Company reserves the right to deny refunds for merchandise that fails inspection.

7. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for another unit of the same product, subject to stock availability. Once an exchange has been processed, no further returns shall be permitted for that transaction.

8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within the Return Window with supporting evidence. Upon validation, the Company may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at its sole discretion.
